Improving river corridors in the Mariñas Coruñesas BR (LIFE FLUVIAL) (Spain)

LIFE FLUVIAL project aims to improve the conservation status of Atlantic river corridors in the Natura 2000 Network. A transnational strategy will be developed for the sustainable management of river corridor habitats in several Atlantic river basins of the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). These habitats have deteriorated as a result of factors such as invasive species, intensification of use and phytosanitary problems.
